1. About PrizeWoo

PrizeWoo ("we", "us", "our") is a skill-based prize competition platform. By using our platform you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PrizeWoo. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to use PrizeWoo.
  • You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where such competitions are prohibited.
  • Employees of PrizeWoo and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • You may only hold one account. Multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension.

3. Competition Entry

3.1 All competitions require a correct answer to a skill question to qualify an entry.

3.2 A free entry method is available on every competition, once per day, with no purchase required. Free entries are subject to the same skill question requirement and are eligible to win.

3.3 Paid tickets increase your chances of winning but are not required to enter.

3.4 Ticket purchases are non-refundable once a competition draw has been scheduled.

4. Draws

4.1 All draws use RANDOM.ORG's Signed API. The cryptographic signature for each draw is published publicly.

4.2 PrizeWoo reserves the right to postpone, cancel or modify a competition in exceptional circumstances. In the event of cancellation, all ticket fees will be refunded to your platform balance.

4.3 Winners are selected by random ticket number draw. Each ticket has an equal probability of selection.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 All transactions are made in cryptocurrency. PrizeWoo is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.

5.2 Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by currency.

5.3 PrizeWoo is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.

6. Prize Fulfilment

6.1 Crypto prizes are sent to the winner's registered wallet within 7 business days of the draw.

6.2 Physical prizes are dispatched within 14 business days. Winners must provide a valid delivery address.

6.3 Prize values quoted are approximate. Actual cryptocurrency amounts are fixed at the time of competition listing.

7. Responsible Gaming

We are committed to responsible gaming. We offer self-exclusion, spending limits and cool-off periods. Please visit our Responsible Gaming page for more information.

8. Account Termination

PrizeWoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform. Where funds are legitimately held, we will process their return.
